George Y. Kerr is the store manager of personnel, policies, instrument control, comptroller, plus road salesman and educational consultant.
	Elaine M. Kerr is the band uniform and choir robe representative.  She does design, fitting, and sales by personal visitation, e-mail, fax, letter and UPS.  She handles store payroll and taxes.  She also helps band instrument sales staff with beginner programs and assists with customers in store.
	George S. Kerr is a certified NAPBIRT band instrument technician.  He is the shop manager of personnel, instrument flow, inventory and customer service.  George S. also serves as a salesman in the store and helps with beginner programs.
	Sarah E. Kerr is the office manager and assists with sales in the store and helps with beginner programs.
	David Groves is an apprentice in the repair shop after ten years as a repair assistant.   He previously did shipping and receiving and buildings care.
	Steven Jarrett is road salesman and educational consultant.
	Ted Keown is a road salesman and educational consultant.  He assists in the store with sales.
	Albert Rowlands is a certified NAPBIRT band instrument technician.
	Jack Hamrick is a road salesman and educational consultant.  He assists in the store with sales.
	Kelly Copen handles the accounts payable division of the bookkeeping department.
	Jeff Flanagan handles inside sales, stock ordering of accessories, processing of sales orders and showroom managing.  He is also a road salesman and educational consultant.
	Dale Roberts is a certified NAPBIRT band instrument technician.
	Buddy Madden is a road salesman and educational consultant.  He handles inside sales and customer relations.
	Chris Mohnacky is the shipping and receiving clerk, assisting with store maintenance, customer service and computers.
